The heat exchanger offers various types of tubes for different corrosive media, such as stainless steel tubes, nickel-copper, aluminum brass tubes, and corrosion-resistant finned heat exchangers. The outer shell can be made of plastic-lined, stainless steel, or plastic, allowing corrosive fluids to enter the heat exchanger directly, eliminating the secondary heat exchange process of refrigerant, and enhancing system operational efficiency.

Engineered features
(1) The low-temperature screw chiller utilizes a twin-screw compressor, paired with a high-efficiency, corrosion-resistant condenser and evaporator.
(2) The units are equipped with single and dual-circuit designs to cater to different customer preferences. In the event of a single compressor failure in a dual-circuit configured unit, the other compressor can continue to operate normally without affecting usage.
(3) The water-cooled screw-type low-temperature chiller can be optionally equipped with a remote management program, which provides feedback on system operation information, enabling remote service.
(4) The equipment can be designed with flexible dimensions based on the conditions of the machine room, and can be supplied in disassembled parts for on-site assembly.
(5) Water-cooled screw-type low-temperature chiller units are produced with different power systems according to various countries and regions. They can also be customized to meet user requirements for screw water-cooled industrial integrated units and various high-voltage non-standard units.
