Application Range
The isolation switch fuse units include: HH15(QSA) series, HH15(QA) series, HH15(QP) series, and HH15(QSS). The HH15(QAS), HH15(QPS) double-pole changeover switches (hereinafter referred to as switches) are mainly suitable for distribution and motor circuits with high short-circuit currents, serving as manual, infrequent operation main switches or master switches. The HH15(QSA) and HH15(QSS) series switches can be used for circuit short-circuit protection. The switches comply with GB140483 and IEC60947-3 standards and are widely used in higher-level drawer-type low-voltage complete sets.
Structural Features
HH15(QSA) disconnect switch utilizes a front rotation operating method, consisting of the operating mechanism, contact system, handle, etc.
The switch features a fully enclosed structure and is equipped with a rapid operation mechanism. The speed of opening, closing, and interruption is unrelated to the operator's action speed, thereby ensuring the safety of both the operator and the equipment.
The switch features a unique contact system with a moving contact system directly formed from copper busbars, the moving contact blade having a bridge structure with an automatic adjustment function, ensuring effective wire contact when connected to the stationary contact, while also effectively maintaining the stability of the product's temperature rise. The operating handle can be installed on the switch cabinet; when the door is closed, the handle fits with the switch's operating rod. When the switch is in the closed position, the handle is interlocked with the door, preventing the door from being opened.
The switch is also equipped with an extension shaft. When the depth of installation for the complete set of cabinets varies due to the different installation requirements of various electrical components, please communicate with the manufacturer for a customized extension shaft during the procurement process.
