The hydraulic baling machine includes a frame with a base plate and side panels, equipped with a jack featuring a piston rod. The rod's right end is connected to a vertical pusher plate, with pusher strips attached to its right side, forming gaps for rope slots on the plate. The upper right part of the frame features a pressure plate, with an inlet opening on the frame above it. The side frames are fixed with side strips on the right side of the front and rear panels, creating gaps for rope passages. The right end of the frame has an outlet, with a hinged door panel attached, featuring door strips with gaps for rope slots on the left side. The cavity enclosed by the front and rear panels, pusher plate, and base plate is the feeding cavity, while the cavity enclosed by the side strips, pressure plate, door panel, and base plate is the extrusion cavity. The door panel and the right end of the frame are fixed with a locking mechanism. The size of the bale can be adjusted within a certain range as needed.
