Product Description: A single-layer fire-resistant glass that maintains fire resistance integrity for a certain period of time, blocks the open flame and toxic, harmful gases on the exposed side, but does not provide thermal insulation. It is classified as Class C fire-resistant glass.
Fire Retardant Principle: When a fire occurs, the front and back surfaces of ordinary glass will instantly form a significant temperature difference. Under the action of such temperature difference, strong uneven thermal stress will be generated in 1 to 2 minutes, leading to glass shattering. Even glass that has been physically tempered will completely shatter in 3 to 5 minutes.
Single fire-resistant glass has undergone a high-temperature cesium potassium ion exchange chemical fire protection process lasting over twenty hours, enhancing its mechanical strength and pressure resistance. It softens but does not shatter at high temperatures, maintaining integrity to form a safe barrier that blocks the spread of flames and toxic, harmful gases.
Key Features:
High transparency, with light transmission equivalent to float glass, maintains its clarity when exposed to fire, facilitating observation of the fire situation and enabling the adoption of correct evacuation and rescue measures.
High-tensileThe strength is 6-12 times that of ordinary glass and 1.5-3 times that of tempered glass.
Excellent weather resistance, heat and cold resistance, sun resistance, water resistance, moisture resistance, and color stability. Good safety, glass particles upon shattering will not cause harm to humans.
Selective in optionsAvailable in various thicknesses, these can be paired with other glass types to produce a wide range of fire-resistant products, including fire-resistant hollow glass, coated fire-resistant glass, laminated fire-resistant glass, and energy-saving fire-resistant glass, catering to diverse design requirements.
Product ApplicationsGrave wall, exterior windows, colored light ceiling, smoke damper curtain wall, fire-resistant glass frameless doors, and partition walls without thermal insulation requirements.
Please note:
Finished products cannot be reprocessed through cold or hot treatment. Accurate and error-free design requirements must be provided prior to customization.
Avoid edge bumps and severe surface scratches.
Frames should be made of materials that are not prone to deformation, with the glass depth in the groove not exceeding 15~20mm.
