PRINCIPLE
The GHJ vertical high-speed mixer consists of a feeding blade at the bottom and a high-speed chopping blade. The feeding blade continuously feeds the material upwards along the cylinder wall.
High-speed chip pulp shredder grinds the material delivered by the chip pulp. It causes the material to circulate in a whirlpool shape, achieving the goal of uniformly mixing the material in a short period of time.

The GHJ Vertical High-Speed Blender is a mixer developed by our company by integrating domestic and international technologies. It features the following main characteristics:
Due to the effect of centrifugal force, the bottom feeding vanes continuously feed the material upwards along the cylinder wall, while the upper material falls downwards from the center, creating a vortex-like circulation of the material.
High-speed chipper breaks down the blocky material delivered by the feeding chipper.
● Due to the high-speed rotation of the two types of leaf pulp, it achieves the goal of mixing materials evenly in a shorter time, with a mixing speed and evenness that other mixers cannot match. The mixed materials are particle-free, with an evenness of over 90%.
● Open the discharge valve for quick material release and easy equipment cleaning.
The machine's material contact areas are all made of stainless steel, ensuring no material volatilization, deterioration, or loss during the mixing process.
The machine is suitable for mixing dry and wet materials of different proportions evenly, particularly for the stirring of complex mixtures such as chicken essence and drink powders.
