PRINCIPLE
Ensure that both ends match the inner and outer ring speeds of the mold, preventing misalignment friction between the wheel and the mold, reducing resistance, lowering kinetic energy loss, and extending the mold's service life. This is a significant difference from similar compression molding equipment. It uses a screw center pressure regulating mechanism, allowing the mold gap to adjust accordingly for different materials, ensuring consistent pressing effects.
The pressure roller features a large body and wide slots for better compression and wear resistance. It employs multiple evenly distributed rollers for smooth operation, and also includes an expanded pressing area to enhance production efficiency. Shredded wood and straw require significant pressure for compression molding. In similar granulation, briquetting, and rod-making equipment, the pressure roller is the central component of the entire unit.
The锥轮平模 offers an unparalleled advantage of being able to arbitrarily increase the roller pressure, unlike other equipment. For instance, the ring model granulator is limited by the diameter of the mold, preventing the increase of the roller pressure, which leads to a smaller bearing chamber for the roller and bearings without strong pressure-bearing capacity. This results in bearing damage and the disadvantage of the equipment experiencing three stops and two rests.
This model features versatile compression molding capabilities, allowing for round bars, cubes, and granules by simply changing the mold. It adapts to various material compression molding, achieving excellent efficiency. The granulation chamber is equipped with an observation door for easy inspection and maintenance.
