PRINCIPLE

Powder material and binder are mixed thoroughly in a cylindrical (conical) container, with the bottom mixing paddle, to form a wet, soft mass. This mass is then cut into uniform wet granules by high-speed cutting blades mounted on the side.

● The wet-mix granulator features a horizontal cylindrical design, with a rational structure.

●  Inflatable sealed drive shaft, can switch to water for cleaning.

● Wet-milling granulator for liquid granulation, producing near-spherical granules with good fluidity.

● The wet-mix granulator reduces 25% of the binder compared to traditional processes and shortens the drying time.

● Each batch requires 2 minutes of dry mixing and 1-4 minutes of granulating, improving the efficiency by 4-5 times compared to traditional processes.

The wet granulation process is completed within the same batch closed container, achieving dry mix-wet mix-granulation, reducing the process steps, and conforming to GMP standards.
