In the crushing process of industries such as chemicals and food, due to the varied original shapes of materials, many cannot be fully crushed in one go. They often require preliminary crushing, fine crushing, and screening. In response to this, we have comprehensively analyzed the characteristics of various raw materials and existing crushing equipment, meticulously developing the CSJ coarse-crushing machine series.

This machine is suitable for coarse crushing processing of various chemicals, food, and other tough and rigid materials such as rubber, plastic, Chinese medicine raw materials, epoxy resin, sugar, etc. Crushing is the process of breaking the cohesion of solid materials using mechanical force to cause them to fracture and reduce the geometric dimensions of the solid materials.

This machine boasts simple structure, compact and reasonable design, easy operation, low noise, low energy consumption, excellent crushing effect, and uniform particle size, making it an ideal equipment for coarse crushing processing.

This machine is composed of four main parts: the frame, motor, feeding hopper, and crushing mechanism. Materials are directly fed into the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper, where they are finely shredded by the powerful shearing action of the rotating cutting blade and fixed blade at medium speed. By adjusting the gap between the cutting blades, the size of the resulting particles can be controlled. The particles meeting the required specifications are discharged through the outlet, while those that do not continue to be shredded within the chamber until they meet the specifications.

PRINCIPLE

Material is fed into the crushing chamber from the feed hopper, where it is subjected to impact from the blades and blade holder. Both the rotating and fixed blades simultaneously shear and crush the material. Due to the rotational centrifugal force, the material automatically flows out from the outlet.
