PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

This machine utilizes the high-speed rotation between the active sprocket and the fixed sprocket to achieve粉碎 by means of impact, friction, and collisions between the crushed materials.

The crushed material can be directly discharged from the mill chamber through the discharge port. Generally, the material needs to be collected through a cotton bag after crushing. The crushed material is collected inside the bag, while the air exits through the fine holes of the bag, preventing the fine powder from escaping. This ensures no waste and no pollution. The particle size is determined by replacing screens with different mesh sizes.
