Shiroom production year-round
Oyster mushrooms require high environmental temperatures and humidity for growth. The required temperature for mycelium growth is 22-24°C, with a lethal temperature range of 34-35°C. The temperature for fruiting body development is 13-16°C. Above 19°C, the fruiting bodies grow too fast, become loose textured, and are prone to open prematurely, which is不利于 normal high-yield cultivation. Below 12°C, the growth rate slows, and the caps become large and thick, making it difficult for them to open. The fruiting body growth period is highly sensitive to temperature, with particular attention needed during the bud formation stage to prevent sudden temperature increases. The temperature during the young mushroom growth period should not exceed 18°C. Proper control of the temperature at each stage of the oyster mushroom's growth ensures effective pest and disease control, as well as stable quality and yield.
Cultivation of button mushrooms was traditionally done during winter and spring. Simultaneous harvests led to lower market prices. However, by shifting the planting season to summer and avoiding the peak supply period, the economic benefits can be significantly increased, and land resources can be better utilized. Controlling the temperature and humidity in the mushroom shed during the summer is the key to effective management.
Research and developed according to the growth environment requirements of mushrooms like button mushrooms under medium and low temperatures, the system can flexibly adjust based on local climate conditions and the growth status of button mushrooms inside the mushroom house. The intelligent temperature control system can sense the temperature inside the mushroom house, automatically shutting off the air conditioning when the temperature meets the growth needs of button mushrooms, and turning it back on when the temperature changes, thereby effectively saving electricity.
