The unit's structure is designed for ease, compactness, and simplicity. The compressor, evaporator, and condenser are arranged in layered configurations, while other refrigeration components are set along the frame's perimeter, facilitating users' full grasp of the unit's operating status. This arrangement also provides effective protection for the evaporator and condenser during transportation, installation in the machine room, and daily operation, making maintenance more convenient. The layout within the unit has been optimized through 3D立体 design, resulting in a compact arrangement, an optimized exterior proportion, a smaller required maintenance space, less area occupied in the machine room, and space-saving.
Compressor Description:
1. The compressor utilizes a two-stage compression with an intermediate economic booster, featuring a high-strength alloy spindle, high-strength aluminum alloy enclosed impeller, and precision aeronautical-grade gears. 2. The impeller, cast from special aluminum alloy, is designed using NREC centrifugal compressor software and machined on a German MAHO five-axis machining center. The German Zeiss four-axis coordinate measuring machine inspects the impeller blade profile, while the German Schenck dynamic balancing tester ensures high precision and efficiency. 3. High-strength ball or roller bearings are used, not standard sliding bearings, so it is not affected by emergency shutdowns and does not require a high-level oil tank; the oil pump can be started 3 seconds before the compressor; lubricating oil is less likely to enter the system; the machine run interval can be shortened to 8 minutes. 4. The motor and compressor are integrated, sealed with a flange, eliminating the need for motor-to-compressor connections and sealing devices required in open motors, reducing wear parts, and eliminating refrigerant leaks. It employs liquid refrigerant evaporation cooling, resulting in low motor temperature rise, low noise, high efficiency, long service life, and only requires general ventilation equipment for the machine room.
