During the combustion process, due to impure fuel and incomplete combustion, soot deposits easily form on the boiler tube walls. These deposits not only shield the heat exchange surface, reducing the boiler's thermal efficiency, but also corrode the boiler, and in severe cases, even block the pipes. General boiler cleaning is labor-intensive, time-consuming, and particularly detrimental to continuous production in factories. In developed countries like Europe, America, and Japan, chemical soot removal methods have long been widely adopted, using soot removers to achieve automatic cleaning and fuel-saving. In line with the characteristics of the domestic industry and referring to foreign technology, our company has creatively developed a new generation of XHY-EQC001 energy-saving boiler soot remover.
This product is primarily composed of flame retardants, leavening agents, deflocculants, and catalysts. Flame retardants help increase the furnace temperature, enhancing the thermal efficiency of coal and reducing the production of incomplete combustion by-products. The deflocculant reacts with coal slag, reducing fuel stickiness. The leavening agent makes the coking material expand and脆, tearing off due to uneven internal stress and falling into the furnace bottom as slag. Using this product greatly simplifies maintenance processes, reduces labor intensity, and achieves a 10%-15% energy-saving rate within the effective period, lowering unnecessary energy consumption in boilers and improving fuel combustion efficiency. Due to its non-corrosive nature towards boilers, its unique composition actually benefits in mitigating the erosion of boiler by the undesirable substances produced during the combustion process.

Usage Instructions
In general, for boilers with severe slagging, the initial dosage can be twice the normal amount, based on 0.3% to 0.5% of the fuel consumption per kilogram. After several weeks of use and once the boiler is cleaned, revert to the normal dosage. The ash cleaner should be added according to the actual condition of the boiler, either from the coal hopper into the furnace door or directly into the furnace, ensuring the furnace maintains a slight negative pressure when adding through the furnace door.
Important Notes
This product is moisture-absorbent but does not spoil. Please store it in a dry environment and keep it away from flammable materials.
