XHY-EQC-106 Dust Removal, Degrading Ash, and Desulfurizing Agent
I. Product Introduction:
Ash and sulfur removal agent can quickly clean the scaling on the heating surfaces of various boilers, a product that saves energy. It not only eliminates the hassle of ash cleaning but also removes acidic scaling, reduces boiler corrosion, extends service life, and ensures production.
Ash cleaning, desulfurization, and deashing agents, when burned in the high-temperature zone of the furnace, produce alkali metal cations that adhere to the surface of the tube walls, preventing the deposition of soot. Due to the agent's promotion of complete combustion, accumulated soot can be burned off thoroughly. Molten nitrates have the effect of removing hard deposits in soot. Moreover, they can save fuel by over 5%, and after being used by multiple parties, the energy-saving effect is remarkable. Users普遍 report that it is indeed an energy-saving product.
II. Product Principle:
The desulfurizing agent reacts chemically with ash and certain components in flue gas (such as SO3) after combustion, forming alkaline K2CO3 and K2SO4. As the flue gas flows, these substances accumulate on heated surfaces like furnace tubes, fireboxes, economizers, and air preheaters. With the decrease in tail gas temperature, the main components condense, forming a film. This film neutralizes the acids and carbon in soot and smoke deposits, converting sulfuric acid into non-corrosive, non-adhesive sulfates, which then spontaneously detach from the tube and furnace walls, with severe ash accumulation potentially falling off in chunks.
Ash and sulfur removal agents, when burned in the high-temperature area of the furnace, produce alkali metal cations that adhere to the tube wall surface, preventing soot deposition. Due to the drug's promotion of complete combustion, accumulated soot can be burned off thoroughly. Molten nitrates have the effect of removing hard soot in the flue gas. After two to three months of use, they can basically remove soot from all heated surfaces inside the furnace (continuous use maintains cleanliness and brightness of the surfaces), thereby improving heat conduction and increasing thermal efficiency (typically 2-5%). The exhaust gas temperature can drop by 10-30°C, and the fuel-saving rate can reach 3-4%, resulting in significant economic benefits.
Section 3: Usage Instructions:
The dosage of the ash cleaner is between 0.2% and 0.5% of the fuel coal per day, with the initial dosage being 2-3 times the normal amount. If severe soot buildup occurs, the duration of the initial application can be appropriately extended, typically for about a week. It is suitable for cleaning ash in various types of fuel boilers, especially those using high-sulfur poor-quality coal or heavily ash-forming coal. It can be used in industrial boilers, heating boilers, various ships, fire tubes, and also for cleaning ash in boilers fueled by oil or gas.
Section 4: Safety Protection
Boiler descaling agent is packaged in high-pressure polyethylene plastic bags, exteriorly in cardboard boxes or kraft paper bags, and stored in cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouses. It is strictly prohibited to get wet or mix with acidic oxidizing agents. Storage temperature should not exceed 30°C, avoid direct sunlight, and in case of fire, do not use water; instead, use sand, earth, or fire extinguishers. If accidentally splashed into the eyes or onto the skin, rinse with plenty of clean water immediately. If discomfort persists, seek medical attention.
