Structural Features:
Submerged slurry pumps have a vertical, single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal pump structure. The pump body is submerged in the liquid being transported, thus eliminating the need for water to start up and solving the suction problem. The submerged section has no seals or bearings, overcoming the drawbacks of traditional submerged pumps, such as short bearing life and extensive maintenance work. The impeller features a semi-open impeller with mixing blades at the extension of the impeller suction side, providing advantages such as回流搅拌, mechanical crushing, and prevention of clogging during operation.
