Structural Features:
Submerged sludge pump is a vertical, single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal pump structure. The pump body is submerged in the liquid it transports, eliminating the need for water to start up and solving the suction problem. The submerged section has no seals or bearings, overcoming the drawbacks of old-style submerged pumps, such as short bearing life and high maintenance workload. The impeller is a semi-open impeller, with mixing blades on the extension of the impeller's suction side, offering advantages such as回流 stirring, mechanical crushing, and prevention of clogging during operation.
