Structural Features:
Submerged slurry pumps have a vertical single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump structure. The pump body is submerged in the fluid it is transporting, eliminating the need for water to start the pump and solving the suction issue. The submerged section has no seals or bearings, overcoming the disadvantages of traditional submerged pumps, such as short bearing life and high maintenance workload. The impeller is a semi-open impeller with mixing blades at the extension of the impeller suction side, offering advantages such as backflow mixing, mechanical crushing, and anti-blocking during operation.
