Structural Features:
Submerged slurry pumps have a vertical, single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal pump structure. The pump body is submerged in the liquid being conveyed, eliminating the need for water injection to start and resolving suction issues. The submerged section has no seals or bearings, overcoming the缺点 of old submerged pumps with seals, short bearing service life, and heavy maintenance workloads. The impeller features a semi-open impeller with agitator blades extending along the suction edge, offering advantages such as recirculation and mixing, mechanical crushing, and anti-clogging during operation.
