Product Overview
Rust-proof aluminum with excellent corrosion resistance and good weldability. 3A21 aluminum plate is an Al-Mn alloy, widely used as a rust-proof aluminum. Its strength is not high (only slightly higher than industrial pure aluminum), and it cannot be heat-treated to strengthen, so cold working methods are commonly used to improve its mechanical properties. In the annealed state, it has high plasticity; in semi-cold work hardening, it still maintains good plasticity; in cold work hardening, plasticity is low. It has good corrosion resistance and weldability, but poor machinability.

Product Application
3A21 is primarily used for applications requiring high plasticity and excellent weldability, such as aerospace, military equipment, tooling fixtures, automotive, transportation, and the production of propellant storage tanks. It is also used for welding parts such as skin, end frames, and supports in welded structures for cabin bodies, as well as for piping operating in corrosive media.
