Main Applications

Primarily used for the concentration of liquids in the food and chemical industries, and also capable of recovering alcohol and performing simple reflux extractions.

It is mainly used for liquid concentrating in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industry. Besides it may also be used for alcohol recycling and simple counter-flow extraction.

Product Structure

This equipment consists of six main components, including a concentration tank, condenser, vapor-liquid separator, cooler, and receiving tank, all made of stainless steel. The concentration tank features a jacketed structure, the condenser is in a tube-in-tube design, and the cooler has a coiled-tube configuration.

       This equipment is mainly composed by concentrator, primary condenser, vapor-liquid separator, primary condenser, cooler and liquid barrel. All the said six parts are made of stainless steel. The concentrator is of jacket structure; the condenser is of tabulation type and the cooler is of coiler type.
