The equipment tower is filled with stainless steel metal packing, and the distillation tower body is manufactured from SUS304 to prevent iron particles from blocking the packing, thereby extending the equipment's lifespan. All parts of the equipment that come into contact with alcohol are made of SUS304 material to ensure that the finished alcohol is not contaminated. Distillation is carried out using a removable U-shaped heater, which can be pulled out of the kettle for easy cleaning of the distillation kettle and heating tubes. The equipment can operate in intermittent, semi-continuous, or continuous production modes.

Product Overview

The alcohol recovery tower is composed of six parts: the tower kettle, tower body, condenser, cooler, buffer tank, and high-level storage tank. It is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in the food and chemical industries. Both the equipment and the material parts are made of 0CR18NI9 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The alcohol recovery tower is applicable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in the food, light industry, and chemical industries, as well as for the distillation of other solvay products.

The alcohol recovery tower operates based on the principle that alcohol has a lower boiling point than other solutions. By heating the dilute alcohol solution to a slightly higher temperature than the boiling point of alcohol, the solution is vaporized. After undergoing enrichment and refining, pure alcohol vapor is precipitated, increasing the concentration of the alcohol solution, thereby achieving the goal of recovering alcohol.
