Product Overview

This complete set of equipment is essential for the production of unsaturated polyester resin, phenolic resin, epoxy resin, ABS resin, and paints. The complete set consists of a reaction kettle, a vertical distillation column, a horizontal condenser, a water storage tank, an overflow oil sump, pipelines (for dilute kettle), etc., with all parts in contact with materials made of stainless steel.

1. The pot can be equipped with stainless steel coils, or stainless steel coils can be set within the jacket.

2. If not using an electric heating rod, steam heating or a circulating thermal oil system can also be employed.
