This design is tailored for a duo living space. The owner has modest requirements for the bedroom's free space. The kitchen and the adjacent former guest bedroom have been opened up to create an open dining and kitchen area, fostering more interaction in daily life. This approach is typically a quick way to transform a property into a luxurious mansion. The guest bathroom features a dry/wet separation for the convenience of guests and to complement the daytime/nighttime functions without causing disturbances. The living room's original space structure is relatively open, with the design maintaining and enhancing its openness. It matches the typical lifestyle at home, as there is no television; instead, a projector is arranged on the side wall. In addition to gaming, one can lie down to watch movies, while the other side offers a comfortable single sofa for enjoyment. The custom-made design meets the owner's request for a sufficient and suitable LEGO display area. Therefore, the sofa is not against the wall, and instead, both main walls of the living room have been turned into display cabinets to showcase large LEGO sets. The fixed large dining table design also adds to the overall design and sense of unity. The integrated design of the rock slab on the wall maximizes the modern feel. The original master bedroom space was irregular, but through spatial adjustments, a neat master bedroom and a dressing room have been achieved. Elegant foyer always leaves a pleasant first impression, much like this highly artistic decorative painting that not only elevates the entire home's style but also conveys the owner's taste and pursuits. The design integrates the foyer into the grand view of the living, dining, and kitchen areas.

The living room feels refreshed with an integrated wall design, the wooden door skirting is matched and colored by the door supplier, significantly enhancing the sense of space extension. Instead of a traditional TV wall, the walls are utilized more for storage and display to ensure the post-move-in effect.

Living rooms are abundant in family interaction, communication, and enjoyment of the home atmosphere. Practical, enduring, and visually appealing — these are principles I've always advocated. We reject so-called styles or materials and craftsmanship that don't stand the test of time. The design considers plans for 3, 5, and 8 years of living use, each accompanied by different choices of craftsmanship and materials. Not a one-size-fits-all selection for the current trend!

During initial discussions with the client, we ensured there was ample and suitable Lego display area in the living room. To achieve this, both main walls of the living room were designed with display cabinets to showcase large Lego sets, maintaining sufficient storage space while still maintaining aesthetics.

The living room maintains the original spacious feeling, with a layout without a central chandelier to enhance the ambiance. The original ceiling height is preserved, and no full-height ceiling is used for treatment. This way, the cost of the hard fittings is slightly reduced. The open area is fully paved with large bricks, making it easier to maintain. A projector is set up on the side wall, allowing you to enjoy big screen games even while lying down.

A fully-packed Lego showcase, showcasing the owner's skills. My works generally recreate the owner's true living state, photographed only after six months to a year of occupancy. Not before the owner moves in, leaving the scene empty and clean for a so-called "simple" photo. Home decoration is a balance of practicalism and artistic expression. Home is where life unfolds. Many home decoration projects aim to reflect daily life.

Open up the kitchen and the adjacent guest bedroom space, merging them into a single dining-kitchen open space with strong interaction; the open layout offers a grand visual experience. The warm texture and tones of the natural wood cabinets provide a sense of nature and relaxation.

The guest bathroom features a dry/wet separation for convenience and noise-free use by guests and during day-to-day activities. The round mirror with back lighting makes the relatively small space appear more open and bright.

The remodeled master bathroom fully utilizes storage space while also being aesthetically pleasing, combining practicality and beauty. The rare large window provides ample natural light, complemented by built-in blinds for a comfortable bathroom experience.

A good bedroom requires not only thoughtful arrangement of items but also harmonious color coordination. Through spatial adjustments and hiding irregular shapes, the bedroom achieves order. It looks neither too monotonous nor overly ostentatious, offering a dignified and tidy visual experience. The color scheme aims for comfort and elegance, the functional areas for versatility, and the layout for practicality and spaciousness, with the whole house feeling airy and comfortable. The dressing room design is also quite impressive. One room, one family, three meals a day, four seasons, happiness and contentment are all about this!
