What is your design philosophy?
My philosophy: For a home, factors like eco-friendliness, practicality, and timeless appeal matter more than style and creativity!
(I only speak with real-life works!)
1. A house, with a well-designed floor plan, not only ensures a cozy living experience but also allows you to easily maximize additional square meters, effectively recouping the design fee.
2. A good design concept can save homeowners money: unnecessary hanging, unnecessary fixed shapes, unnecessary use of expensive materials, unnecessary so-called "large"…
3. Home is a beautiful space crafted from usable elements (such as furniture, flooring, bricks, lighting, curtains, wallpaper, decorations, plants, etc.), and the beauty often has little to do with the cost. The cost and the level of craftsmanship, the fineness of the product, are more often dictated by the environmental grade of the materials! It's not that we're unwilling to take on designs with low budgets, but more that we prefer not to create environmentally substandard renovations that could potentially "harm" others.
4. Any style, if it lacks the "home" feeling, is not considered good home design.
5. Practicality, environmental friendliness, and comfort always outweigh style and visual appeal.
6. Overly fixated on a particular style is akin to a person being too individualistic, which limits their inclusiveness. I advocate for a touch of mix-and-match elements.
7. A great design is not built with money; it's crafted by the designer's and the owner's taste.
8. An artist cannot create good works without a positive mindset and lifestyle.
9. Great works are not solely dependent on beautiful drawings; they rely on a high level of dedication to the piece, continuous optimization and improvement throughout the project, all stemming from the designer's vision and the accumulation of years of practical experience with hundreds of projects.
10. Everyone knows that ideals are beautiful and reality is残酷. My designs aim to at least achieve the ideal design effects. Landlords with a high level of cooperation generally receive a reality that aligns with the ideal design. My designs are committed to producing works, and the items presented require showcasing individual design abilities. There's no room for "compromise" when it comes to the work.
11. I don't follow trends, as they are fleeting and soon become outdated. I focus on classics with high tolerance for eclectic styles, based on the natural comfort and beauty of New Naturalism. Let your home maintain its unique charm and elegance for years to come.
