Principles and Features

1. Suitable for blending powders of different specific gravities or with other additives.

2. Utilizes internal and external rotation mixing for high uniformity.

3. The mixing drum can be tilted at any angle for easy discharge and cleaning requirements.

4. Equipped with an automatic timing device, it can be set to stop automatically after 0 to 999 minutes.

5. Utilizes stainless steel butterfly valves for discharge, ensuring no dust leakage or飞扬.

6. Mixed using the principle of gravity diffusion, with minimal pressure feeding to the material, ensuring no shearing or crushing of the material. The drum is made of stainless steel, with both inner and outer walls polished for a smooth finish. The mixing process is free of material contamination, consumes less power, is easy to clean, and features simple operation, making it suitable for GMP food and pharmaceutical facilities.

Note: Large-capacity mixers can be equipped with a vacuum feeding system, enhancing work efficiency and improving the working environment.
