Usage Requirements

The feeding system must provide a stable supply and ensure uninterrupted feeding.

The feeding speed of various materials must be proportionally supplied.

The downstream process equipment of the continuous blender must be capable of timely handling the material discharged by the continuous blender, without causing material blockage.

Additives with a lower ratio of formula, such as less than 5% content, must be pre-mixed in the process design before increasing the content ratio for supply.

The feed rate of the system process determines the output of the continuous mixer, and the output requirements, along with the mixing uniformity and properties of the material, dictate the size of the mixer.
