Product Overview

The mixer features stepless speed control, including electromagnetic speed control, variable frequency speed control (suitable for water-based paints), and explosion-proof variable frequency speed control (for oil-based paints). The stepless speed control function fully meets the varying process requirements in different stages of the process, allowing for selection of different speeds based on the specific process phase. It is not suitable for materials with high integrity requirements without additives. The working principle involves the high-speed, saw-toothed circular dispersion disk of the high-speed mixer, which disperses the solid-liquid mixture, wets, deaggregates, and stabilizes it within the container at high speed.

The mixer features a conical mixing chamber with a central rotating shaft. The speed of the shaft generates centrifugal force to push the powder towards the inner wall of the mixing chamber. At this point, the conical shape of the chamber causes the powder to move upwards along the inner wall. The powder is then guided by a unique cover to the center of the mixer and falls back to the bottom of the mixing chamber, restarting the mixing process anew.
