Product Overview
The mixer features stepless speed control with options including electromagnetic speed regulation, variable frequency speed regulation (suitable for water-based paints), and explosion-proof variable frequency speed regulation (for oil-based paints). The stepless speed control function fully meets the varying process requirements across different stages, allowing for the selection of different speeds based on the specific process phase. It is not suitable for materials with high integrity requirements that do not require additives. The working principle involves the high-speed, serrated circular dispersing disk of the high-speed mixer rapidly dispersing the solid-liquid mixture within the container, completing the dispersion, wetting, disintegration, and stabilization processes.
The mixer features a conical mixing chamber equipped with a central rotating shaft. The shaft's speed generates centrifugal force, pushing the powder towards the inner wall of the chamber. The conical shape of the chamber then causes the powder to move upwards along the inner wall. The powder is then guided by a unique mixer cover to the center of the mixer and falls back to the bottom of the chamber, restarting the mixing process for a new cycle.
