1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions with the lifting products you purchase that occur during normal use, within one year (as of the delivery date), you will receive complimentary on-site repair services. In cases where the issue is confirmed to be a product quality issue, all costs will be borne by us.

Lifetime maintenance provided

In the event of product quality issues caused by the customer (or product quality issues beyond the warranty period), charges will be made at an appropriate rate, but not exceeding the total expenses (or cost) incurred.

3. One-year On-Site Service

For any malfunctions that may occur with the lifting equipment you purchase during normal use, within one year from the date of delivery (as per the delivery date), you will receive complimentary on-site repair services provided by the designated service location. This service is limited to original components only.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, please directly dial the service hotline.
