1. One-year free warranty

For the lifting products you purchase, any malfunctions that occur during normal use within one year (as of the delivery date) will be repaired on-site at no cost. All costs for any defects inherent in the product itself will be borne by us.

Lifetime maintenance provided

For product quality issues caused by the buyer (or issues beyond the warranty period), a charge may be applied at a discretion, but not exceeding the total expenses (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For any malfunctions that occur during the normal operation of the lifting products you purchased, within one year from the date of delivery (as the reference), you will receive free on-site repair services provided by the designated repair location. This service is limited to the original components.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch relevant personnel to the scene within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, you can directly dial the service hotline.
