1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions with the lifting equipment you purchase that occur during normal use, within one year from the date of delivery (as proof of delivery date is required), you will receive complimentary on-site repair services. In cases where the issue is confirmed to be a product quality issue, all costs will be borne by us.

Lifetime Maintenance Provided

In cases of product quality issues caused by the customer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), a fee will be charged at an appropriate rate, but not exceeding the total expenditure (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For the lifting equipment you purchased, any malfunctions occurring during normal use will be covered by a free on-site repair service provided by the designated service location within one year (as of the date of delivery). This service is limited to the original components.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, please dial the service hotline directly.
