1. One-year free warranty

For the lifting equipment you purchase, in the event of any failures occurring during normal use within one year from the date of delivery (as the reference), you will receive our complimentary on-site repair service. Any costs resulting from defects inherent in the product itself are fully covered by us.

Lifetime maintenance provided

For product quality issues caused by the buyer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), charges will be assessed at a reasonable rate, but not exceeding the total expenditure (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For the lifting products you purchase, any malfunctions occurring during normal use will be covered by a complimentary on-site repair service provided by the designated service location within one year (as of the date of delivery). This service is exclusive to the original components.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need technical guidance over the phone, please call the service hotline directly.
