1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions with the lifting equipment you purchase that occur during normal use, within one year from the date of delivery (as proof of use), you will receive free on-site repair services. All costs for any issues that are confirmed to be due to the product's inherent quality will be borne by us.

Lifetime maintenance provided

For product quality issues caused by the customer (or quality issues beyond the warranty period), a fee will be charged at an appropriate rate, but not exceeding the total expenses (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For any issues with the lifting products you purchase that arise during normal use, within one year (as of the date of delivery), you will receive complimentary on-site repair services provided by the designated service location. This service is limited to the original components only.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site service, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, please call the service hotline directly.
