1. One-year free warranty

For any malfunctions that occur during normal use of the lifting products you purchase, within one year from the date of delivery (as the reference), you will receive complimentary on-site repair services. In cases where the issue is indeed a product quality problem, all costs will be borne by us.

Lifetime maintenance provided

For product quality issues caused by the buyer (or issues beyond the warranty period), charges will be applied on a case-by-case basis, but not exceeding the total expenditure (or cost).

3. One-year On-Site Service

For the lifting products you purchased, if any malfunctions occur during normal use within one year from the date of delivery (as the date of use), you will receive free on-site repair services provided by the designated repair location. This service is limited to the original components.

4. Repair Response Time

When you require on-site services, we will dispatch personnel to the location within 24 hours. If you only need engineer phone guidance, please directly dial the service hotline.
