I. Overview
This equipment is centered around industrial robots and CNC machining centers, integrating mechanics, pneumatics, motion control, and organically into a modular structure. It replaces manual loading and unloading of workpieces with automatic functions in CNC machine tools, primarily suitable for large-scale, repetitive operations, or heavy workpieces under harsh conditions such as high temperatures and dust. It features precise positioning, stable production quality, reduced tool and machine wear, adjustable work rhythm, smooth and reliable operation, and easy maintenance. For practical training and teaching, the system has been specially designed to conduct single-item and comprehensive project training for various robots. It can perform training tasks such as six-axis robot teaching, positioning, automatic gripping of workpieces, loading and unloading, clamping, workpiece positioning and flipping, and sequence processing, among others.
