ZCJXDJ-10 Mechanical System Interface Test Bench

In everyday life and production practice, various types of machinery are widely used. The function of machinery is to convert energy or accomplish useful mechanical work, thus alleviating or replacing human labor. Although modern machinery comes in many forms, they are all composed of mechanical systems, control systems, and auxiliary systems. The mechanical system generally includes three major parts: the prime mover, the transmission device, and the actuating device. In the mechanical system, various components such as the flat slider-crank mechanism, gear mechanism, cam mechanism, intermittent mechanism, and belt drive, chain drive, and couplings are widely used. The design of the mechanical system is a creative endeavor, and to design a reliable mechanical system, it is essential to carefully select mechanisms or transmission components and arrange them reasonably. Understanding the basic structure and performance characteristics of the mechanical system plays a crucial role in the design process.

Objective of the Experiment: 1. To gain a deeper understanding of the basic structure and design requirements of mechanical transmission systems through mechanical system assembly experiments. 2. To comprehend the fundamental methods of innovative design in mechanical transmission systems through assembly combinations, and to enhance the awareness of mechanical innovation.

I. Overview

Mechanical system interface and testing bench, an upgrade from the mechanical system interface bench, incorporates high-precision sensors such as speed, displacement, angular displacement, and swing sensors, essential for testing various transmission systems. This enables the evaluation of transmission performance for different interface methods and real-time generation of curves, data reports, data storage and printing, as well as curve storage and printing functionalities.

II. Main Features

1) The installation platform is assembled from standard T-slot aluminum alloy profiles, allowing the spacing between the adjustable supports to be freely adjusted. It offers flexible and mobile interlocking, capable of assembling complex mechanical systems of various types, composed of mechanisms such as belt drives, chain drives, fixed-axis gear trains,周转轮系, and planar linkages.

All drive wheel sets are supported by plain shafts, fastened with set screws for easy adjustment, hence allowing for quick couplings.
