Technical Tips
1. When using an ion rod, place it within the static electricity neutralization area (about 30-100mm away from the object to be neutralized), ensuring the installation angle is perpendicular to the charged surface. By adjusting the working distance of the ion rod, static electricity can be effectively eliminated.
2. The ion rod electrode should be kept away from metallic conductors and grounding bodies, and the rod must be securely connected to the grounding wire.
3. To achieve static electricity elimination, do not use a conductor for objects with a thickness less than 0.5mm to obtain the desired effect.
4. Static eliminators require cleaning the electrode periodically based on the operating environment to ensure effective static removal. Cleaning method: Turn off the power, wipe the needle tip with isopropyl alcohol, and then reconnect the power after the alcohol has completely evaporated.
