Working Principle
Clarifiers feature an upward inflow and upward outflow design, with the bottom designed for sludge discharge and sludge recirculation. Multiple sampling holes are set on the sludge hopper at the bottom of the equipment, and sight glasses can be installed as needed to observe the test sludge volume.
The raw water after mixing flows into the lower cone of the equipment through the upper steady flow channel of the device, ascending through the combined media area above the cone. The specially designed combined media, with different heights and installation angles compared to standard clarifiers, enhances the separation of sludge from water, accelerating sedimentation. The effluent is collected through an upper special water channel, ensuring uniform flow velocity, reducing turbulence, and achieving optimal treatment effects. The upper part of the clarification pond serves as a sludge collection sump with a large angle to ensure smooth sludge discharge. The high concentration of discharged sludge, mixed with return and incoming water, quickly contacts and adsorbs impurities in the raw water, achieving rapid separation of sludge from water and fully utilizing the coagulant's effects to enhance clarification efficiency.
Application Range
Primarily used for power plant wastewater treatment systems, boiler wastewater and boiler cleaning wastewater, as well as for the pretreatment of high turbidity water in municipal water supply projects and clarification and separation treatment of highly concentrated slurry water in sewage plants. Rapidly and effectively removes high concentrations of suspended solids and organic matter from water, with a removal rate of suspended solids up to95%Above, silt concentration is2%-4%Especially when used in sand and stone washing and polishing water treatment, the effluent can achieve the effect of recycling.
