Sediment刮泥机, a machine used to remove sludge from rivers, is employed in large-diameter circular sedimentation tanks in urban wastewater treatment plants, waterworks, and industrial wastewater treatment facilities to exclude settled sludge at the bottom of the tank and skim off floating debris on the surface.
Category: Sludge Scrapers mainly include peripheral drive sludge scrapers and central drive concentrated sludge scrapers. The central drive concentrated sludge scraper is composed of overflow devices, main beams and guardrails, inlet pipes, transmission units, electrical cabinets, flow stabilizers, main shafts, float渣rake plates, scraping collection devices, underwater bearings, small scrapers, slag bins, and float渣rake plates, etc. The central drive concentrated sludge scraper can further separate free water from the sludge in the concentration pond, reducing the sludge volume and increasing the sludge concentration, and then discharge the concentrated sludge out of the pond.
Usage:
Sediment scrapers are primarily used in large-diameter circular sedimentation tanks at urban sewage treatment plants, waterworks, and industrial wastewater treatment facilities to remove sludge settled at the bottom of the tank and scum skimmed from the surface.
Structure:
Sediment scraper is composed of a drive unit, working bridge, main scraper, auxiliary scraper, central turntable, skimming device, overflow weir plate, and slag挡渣板, as well as an electric collection device. For a sedimentation basin with central inflow and peripheral outflow, a guide tube is usually required.
Operating Principle:
The drive unit rotates the sludge scraper around the center of the sedimentation tank. After the raw water is settled in the tank, the clarified liquid is discharged through the overflow weir plate. The sludge settled at the bottom of the tank is slowly moved along the bottom towards the central sludge collection trough by the push of the logarithmic spiral scraper plates, and then discharged through the sludge discharge pipe. Simultaneously, the floating scum accumulates in the area between the scum scraper and the scum baffle. When the working bridge passes over the scum discharge tube floating on the surface of the tank, the scum discharge tube is pressed below the liquid surface, and the scum is discharged out of the tank through the discharge tube.
Features:
1The scraper is designed with a logarithmic spiral curve and supported by rubber wheels for movement along the bottom of the pond, offering excellent sludge removal with minimal requirements for the pond bottom and good adaptability.
2In addition to the main scraper unit, an auxiliary scraper unit is also installed, enabling the semi-bridge scraper to perform as effectively as a full-bridge scraper.
3The work bridge is designed with a truss structure, featuring a steel grating deck for high strength, light weight, and energy-efficient performance.
4The driving wheels are solid rubber, no track required; simple structure, easy to install.
5Submerged parts are made of stainless steel, while above-water parts are made of carbon steel with hot-dipped galvanized coating, ensuring long service life.
