Vacuum Concentration Crystallization Pot

The entire equipment is divided into four parts: the heating evaporation chamber, the heating jacket, the vapor-liquid separator, and the stirrer. Based on the jacket heating and extensive research, our factory has designed internal heating and internal circulation heating, the evaporation and crystallization pot. Customers have reported that the evaporation effect is 1.8 times higher than that of external heating (jacket heating).
The equipment and contact parts of the product are all made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The heating evaporation chamber, resembling a cylindrical shell, is manufactured in two sections of different thickness materials for ease of installation and maintenance, and is connected by flanges. The bottom can be machined into a hemispherical, disc-shaped, or conical shape on the vessel body. Both upper and lower cylinders are equipped with sight glasses to observe the boiling condition of the solution, the height of the foam entrainment, the concentration of the solution, the size and distribution of the crystals, etc. The manhole in the pot body is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. The lower part of the pot is fitted with a heating jacket, the height of which is determined by calculating the required evaporation area.
Agitators currently mostly use anchor agitators with a speed range of 6-15 RPM. The installation of the agitator currently employs a bottom shaft mounting, which can shorten the shaft length and facilitate installation and maintenance.
