3D Motion Mixing Machine

Usage and Features
The machine is used for high-uniform mixing of powdered and granular materials in industries such as chemicals, food, light industry, electronics, machinery, mining, and various scientific research units.
Material is free from centrifugal force action, exhibits no gravity segregation or stratification, and no accumulation phenomena. The components can have vastly different weight ratios, with a high mixing rate, making it a reasonable product among various mixers currently available.
High loading rate, up to 80% (commonly 40% for mixers), high efficiency, and short mixing time.
The cylinder features rounded transitions at all points, which have been subjected to precise polishing to meet "GMP" standards.
Operating Principle
The cylinder, driven by the active shaft, performs a continuous compound motion of translation, rotation, and rolling. This promotes the three-dimensional compound movement of the material along the cylinder in circumferential, radial, and axial directions, thereby achieving interflow, diffusion, accumulation, and contamination of various materials, ultimately reaching the goal of uniform mixing.
