Eleven: Iron smelting, pelletizing, sintering; steelmaking; ferroalloy production; manganese and chromium smelting, non-ferrous metal smelting (including recycling non-ferrous metal smelting); non-ferrous metal alloy production; metal product processing and manufacturing (with electroplating or painting processes); surface treatment and heat treatment of metal products.
