When the pressure PI of the pump falls below the set pressure P2 required by the user, the automatic control of the variable-frequency pump's soft start operation is initiated until the actual pipeline pressure P equals P2. The microcomputer controls the variable-frequency pump to run at a constant speed. The higher the pressure PI of the pump, the slower the guide pump's speed, and conversely, the lower the pressure PI, the faster the guide pump's speed. When the pressure PI equals P2, the variable-frequency pump stops operating, fully utilizing the original pressure of the pump and ensuring a constant pressure as required by the user.
2. The variable frequency pump is connected to the flow stabilizer compensator. The microcomputer constantly monitors the pressure in the flow stabilizer compensator. The pre-engineered pump station controls the vacuum suppressor to stabilize the pressure of the compensator and the inlet, thereby preventing negative pressure.
