Ruidun's concrete sealer boasts strong penetration and water-repellent properties; it allows the base to breathe and vapor to pass through, making it a true waterproof and breathable product that prevents bubbling and peeling. The silicone mesh structure reduces the water absorption rate of the concrete substrate, strengthens the base to minimize chloride ion corrosion; it effectively treats micro-cracks below 0.2mm; the treated layer is typically transparent, maintaining the original appearance of the base; it enhances stain resistance and reduces the growth of mold and moss; it has excellent alkaline and durability; it can be coated with compatible paints; and it is an environmentally friendly water-based material.

Recommended Uses

As a building facade waterproofing agent, it prevents water infiltration and protects the structure. The product can be applied to bases such as mortar, masonry, bricks, stones, and asbestos cement. It is also suitable for protecting concrete structures subjected to seawater corrosion, salt spray corrosion, deicing agent corrosion, and freeze-thaw damage, such as seaport wharfs, cross-sea and cross-river bridges, hydraulic engineering dams, urban overpasses, expressway bridges, railway bridges, tunnels, airport runways, clear concrete buildings, thermal power plants, nuclear power plants, and sewage treatment plants.

Tool Cleaning: Water

Drying Time: 3~5 hours

Fully cured: Over 7 days, waterproofing effect is achieved after several days on any substrate. If the substrate cracks, the waterproofing effect will significantly decrease.

Appropriate Weather for Construction: Clear skies, wind below 4 on the Beaufort scale, and temperatures between 5~40℃

Non-construction weather: Rain and snow, winds above 5 levels, temperatures below 0℃

Packaging: 18 kg per drum

Storage and shelf life: Store in the original drum at 5-45°C, shelf life 12 months
