HH Hydraulic Oil
HH Hydraulic Oil is a mineral oil that contains no additives. Although it has been categorized according to GB7631.2-87 standards, it is no longer used in hydraulic systems. This oil has poor stability, is prone to foaming, and has a short service life in hydraulic equipment.
HL Hydraulic Oil (also known as General Purpose Machine Tool Industrial Lubricant)
HL hydraulic oil, fortified with antioxidants and rust inhibitors, is available in six grades (152, 232, 246, 6, 8, 10) based on a 40C kinematic viscosity. Grade L HL hydraulic oil is made from highly refined, neutral base oil.
Application
Lubrication for bearing boxes, gear boxes, low-pressure circulating systems, or similar mechanical equipment circulating systems of various machine tools with operating temperatures above 0°C. The service life is over twice as long as that of mechanical oil. This product has good rubber seal adaptability, and HL hydraulic oil is mainly used where no special requirements for lubricant are needed. Its high operating temperature is up to 80°C.
