Installation
Before installation, check for any accidental damage.
Note: The three-way directional valve must be equipped with accessories to operate properly, such as: limit switches, solenoid valves, cylinders, filter-reducing valves, and filter-reducing valves (dual components for gas source), etc. Therefore, it is necessary to check the corresponding accessories before installation. (See the manufacturer's required accessory manuals for details.)
2. Please check the following documents for any missing items: (A. Label, B. Certificate of Compliance, C. Packing List, D. Instructions). If any are missing, please contact our company promptly.
3. The three-way directional valve must be reliably installed on the main or branch pipeline, and all connecting bolts must be securely tightened.
4. The product is factory-equipped with a gas source twin piece (filter-reducer valve), the import end comes with an intake connector. The user only needs to connect the gas source, and the pressure can be adjusted by the reducer valve.
5. Wire according to the pneumatic circuit wiring diagram (dual control, single control).
Three-way directional valve maintenance and care
The three-way directional valve belongs to high-precision detection equipment; the normal protection is of great importance for ensuring the normal operation and measurement accuracy of the equipment.
Host Protection:
The fixtures supplied with the machine should be coated with anti-rust oil for storage.
2. Regularly inspect the screw at the clamp area; if loose, tighten it immediately.
3. Regularly inspect the chain wheel's transmission condition. If any looseness is found, please retighten the tensioner wheel.
4. The sliding surfaces where the镶钢板and backing plates touch, as well as the dovetail groove surfaces on the backing plate, should be kept clean and coated with a thin layer of MoS2 (molybdenum disulfide) lubricant on a regular basis.
5. Due to frequent use, the clamping face of the three-way directional valve often experiences simple wear and tear. Excessive oxidation scale can easily lead to damage and oil leakage in the small piston. Therefore, the clamping face should be cleaned regularly to maintain cleanliness (clean after each test).
Oil source protection:
1. Replace the oil filter and core, and hydraulic oil, based on the machine's usage status and oil lifespan.
2. Regularly inspect for any oil leakage at the main unit and oil source; if leakage is found, replace the sealing ring or gasket promptly; 3. When not conducting experiments for an extended period, pay attention to shutting off the main unit's power. If the machine is in standby mode, the switch should be set to the "load" position, as leaving the switch on "quick reverse" will keep the solenoid directional valve powered continuously, which can affect the equipment's lifespan. Control System Protection:
The interfaces on the controller are one-to-one matched; plugging them incorrectly may cause damage to the device.
2. It's necessary to seal the power supply of the interface on the plug-and-pull controller.
3. If there's an extended period when the machine is not needed after the experiment, close the controller and the computer.
4. Regularly check if the connection wires at the back panel of the controller can be touched; if loose, they should be tightened promptly.
