The surface coating of PVC self-adhesive printing is actually a protective layer, designed to enhance ink reception and printing ease, preventing soiling, increasing ink adhesion, and avoiding the detachment of printed graphics. The silicon coating involves applying a silicon oil layer to the base paper, which creates a very low surface tension and smooth surface, preventing adhesive from sticking to the base paper.

The backing paper for PVC self-adhesive printing is designed to protect the adhesive on the back of the face material, support the face material, and enable it to undergo die-cutting, waste removal, and labeling on the labeling machine. As for the reverse printing, its purpose is to print the manufacturer's registered trademark or design on the back of the backing paper, serving as a form of promotion and anti-counterfeiting.

The face material is the surface that receives the printed graphics and the back that accepts the adhesive, ultimately being applied to the adhesive material. The purpose of applying the primer is to protect the face material and prevent the adhesive from渗透. It enhances the opacity of the fabric; increases the bonding strength between the adhesive and the face material; and prevents plasticizers in the plastic face material from渗透 into the adhesive, affecting its adhesive properties, leading to reduced bonding strength of the labels and their detachment.

It acts as the bonding material between the self-adhesive label material and the bonding base material.
