WZⅡ500-2000 Series Dual-Effect Concentrator (Alcohol Recovery)
This equipment is suitable for low-temperature vacuum concentration of thermosensitive materials such as traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, brewing, starch, oral liquids, chemicals, food, monosodium glutamate, and dairy products. Users can select a series of concentrators from the technical specifications based on the concentration amount.
1. This concentrator employs simultaneous double-effect evaporation, fully utilizing the secondary steam to save on boiler investment and energy consumption. Compared to single-effect concentrators, energy consumption is reduced by 50%.
2. This equipment utilizes external heating and natural circulation with vacuum negative pressure, featuring rapid evaporation and high concentration ratio. The liquid material is concentrated without foam in a fully sealed environment, resulting in a highly concentrated medication with a strong aroma. Cleaning is convenient; simply open the cover of the heater.
3. This equipment is made of (OCr19Ni9) stainless steel for parts in contact with the liquid, in compliance with GMP standards. The heater, evaporator, and additional insulation feature a patterned stainless steel sheet for the insulation layer.
