Vacuum Concentration Crystallization Pot
The entire equipment is divided into four main parts: the heating evaporation chamber, heating jacket, vapor-liquid separator, and stirrer.
The equipment's contacting parts are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The heating evaporation chamber, resembling a cylindrical shell, is divided into two sections for ease of installation and maintenance, with materials of different thicknesses. It is connected using flanges. The bottom can be machined into hemispherical, disc-shaped, or conical shapes on the vessel body. Both upper and lower cylindrical sections are equipped with sight glasses to observe the boiling condition of the solution, the height of entrained mist, the concentration of the solution, the size and distribution of crystals, etc. The pot body's manhole is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. The lower part of the pot is fitted with a heating jacket, whose height is determined by calculating the required evaporation area.
Agitators are currently predominantly of anchor type, with a speed range of 6-15 RPM. The agitator installation currently uses lower shaft mounting, which can shorten the shaft length and facilitate installation and maintenance.
