Overview
Screw blade film evaporators utilize high-speed rotation to distribute liquids into a uniform film for evaporation or distillation. They can also be used for deodorization, degassing reactions, as well as heating and cooling operations. These devices are widely applicable in industries such as food, light industry, petrochemical, environmental protection, and more.
Performance and Features
This equipment features a centrifugal sliding groove rotor, serving as a structured evaporator capable of forming a film even at low flow rates. The adhered sludge on the inner wall surface of the cylinder's evaporative section can be rapidly moved by the moving plates. Compared to a fixed gap scraper evaporator, it can increase the evaporation rate by 40% to 69%. It boasts the following performance and features:
1. High thermal conductivity coefficient, large evaporation capacity, with evaporation intensity up to 200 kg/m³2 ·HR, high thermal efficiency.
2. Material heating time is short, approximately between 1 to 10 seconds, and operates under vacuum conditions, benefiting heat-sensitive materials. It ensures that various components do not undergo any decomposition, guaranteeing product quality.
3. Wide range of adaptability to viscosity changes, capable of handling both high and low viscosity materials. Material viscosity can reach up to 100,000 centipoise (CP).
4. Changing the scraper groove rotation direction can adjust the material's residence time in the evaporator.
5. The inner wall of the evaporator section is precision bored and polished, making the surface less prone to scaling and fouling.
6. User-friendly operation, easy to adjust product specifications. Under sealed conditions, it can self-regulate for continuous production.
7. The equipment occupies a small footprint, features a simple structure, is easy to maintain, and clean.
