Stainless Steel Tube-in-Tube Heat Exchanger

If the stainless steel tube bundle heat exchanger experiences an unexpected issue (such as the user's domestic heating water operation), there is significant water loss in the heat exchanger's circulating water circuit. Quickly close the main air valve of the heat exchanger (the intake valve of the heat exchanger unit), open the bypass valve of the drain valve, and stop the circulating pump. Organize relevant personnel to identify the cause of the heat exchanger's water loss, determine the water loss branch in the heat exchange network, close the heat exchanger branch valve, and quickly restore heat to the rest of the network. First, start the heat pump circulating pump to allow the secondary water system to circulate, and wait until the heat exchanger water supply system operates normally.
The heat exchanger is primarily divided by corrugated plates at certain intervals, surrounded by gaskets, and formed by overlapping the frame and clamping screws. The four corner holes of the stainless steel tube sheet and gaskets form fluid distribution and collection pipes. Additionally, the hot and cold fluids are logically separated by the heat exchanger manufacturer, and the working fluid flows through a narrow and winding channel formed between two sheet materials. The hot and cold fluids sequentially pass through the flow channel, with the intermediate partition of the heat exchanger separating the fluids and transferring heat through the plates.
Stainless steel tube bundle heat exchangers require detailed process control for major repairs. Before installing or unloading the heat exchanger molecular sieve, a blanking plate must be added to the flange of the central tube, and regulatory responsibilities must be assumed. Strictly adhere to the heat exchanger inspection and acceptance procedures, rigorously control the quality of repairs. After major repairs, further improve the process steps. Fully assess potential hazards and risks to the equipment during the overhaul process and develop corresponding emergency plans to minimize the likelihood of heat exchanger failures.
